Heritage Forest: Part Duh

I announced on this blog some time ago that I wanted to call my forestry practice, 'Heritage Forest'. Well, a business title search on that name came up with at least a dozen competing variations already registered.

So, 'Heritage Forest' is out. I really should do more research and take more action before I blab about my intentions. A fool, but not an old fool yet.

  1. Bobby Orr's from Parry Sound.

Try calling it "Bobby Orr Heritage Forest", and you're halfway to a viable business model.

It might be a good idea to ask him first, and of course you will have to then go through his people, and from what you're writing you're tired of civilization, but...but...

  2. If you need a lawyer to do a NUANS search for you at minimal cost..and one quite experienced in not-for-profit endeavors, I recommend a fellow at Purser Dooley Cockburn Smith, LLP. I have it on good authority that he is willing to provide substantial pro bono work for you, provided you or he never speak of the past.
